First release of shell.fm-cmus

As I already told you, I have written a little perl script to use with cmus, to send your currently played songs to your last.fm account.Now Phil asked me to publish the script as he knows of some people who are also searching for a script like this. So I did some cosmetical corrections and added some small features like: timeout and output-to-file and wrote a brief documentation.
And here it is - the first release of: shell.fm-cmus.tar.gz
