New shell.fm-cmus release

I (and also bho) noticed a bug within my cmus last.fm plugin. If a song gets paused in cmus or unpaused, the song was re-submitted to last.fm and it was counted twice or more times.
I also added a option to disable the submission to last.fm if you wanna use the script for local-use only. As I figured out the my script handles the data provided by cmus much better as the script shipped with cmus (/usr/share/doc/cmus/examples/cmus-status-display).
