Command-line calculation using bc

"bc" (the arbitrary precision calculator language) is a mighty tool for command-line calculation. Who always wanted to use it, but was afraid due to the complexity of this tool can find a brief introduction to it here.

*For interactive calculations in zsh, I suggest to take a look at zcalc:
% autoload -U zcalc
% zcalc

you are right. zcalc is absolutelly a good shell-calculator and worth testing! Thanks for the hint.
