Irish butter

Just sitting in O'Connells (the restaurant that belongs to the hotel I'm staying at) and got two pieces of bread with irish butter and I have to admit that the butter tastes really awesome! Why didn't I try this before?

The hotel and restaurant are pretty nice btw. Pretty pricy but nice :-)
