Stupid spammers

Today I inspected a spam mail, that reached my SPAM folder. It was usual "Dear eBay member"-SPAM, but though the phising URL was somehow special:

(Last two IP address digits disguised to avoid abuse)
The URL holds login data for a ftp account with full read- and write permissions. This is probably one of the most stupid SPAM mails I've ever seen.
