Coldplay - Clocks (Cover)

Lately I spent lots of my free time to make music as it is real big fun for me to do so. Yesterday I thought, instead of covering only small parts of a song, it would be great to make a whole song. Said... done! It took me a bunch of hours, but finally I am done. My full cover of "Clocks" from Coldplay. All instruments and tracks are played by myself. I have to admid... it doesn't sound too bad

I tought it would be cool to make a "music video" with different voices/instruments all played by the one-man-band

Unfortunately my video cutting software messed up the format and it's not complete in sync, but well.. not too bad for a first try

I've rearranged the whole thing a bit and added a lead voice to the song as well. Sounds more like the original now though it's still pretty bad

The timing is not very good as well- but you know... it's all just for the fun

Das ist ja wohl 'ne Unverschaemtheit, was Sat.1 da macht. Die meinsten die mein Blog lesen kennen "IT Crowd" ja sicherlich. Erinnert ihr euch noch an die erste Folge? Und jetzt schaut euch bitte das hier an - WTF?! Das ist ja mehr als haarklein abgekupfert - unglaublich!

I was just jamming a bit (if one is already able to jam with just 3 month of guitar-experience

and this is the result. Hearing this now, it reminds me very much of "Zombie" from "The Cranberries". Anyhow it was fun to play and so what?!

Schrader@Parisi Live on stage

Last night I visited the concert of "Schrader@Parisi" at "Zum Schwan" in Erftstadt. Schrader@Parisi is an acoustic rock duo. Mainly they are playing cover songs - but actually I have to admit that personally I like their versions much better than the original versions. The show was really great
